By installing or using the 8luma Chrome extension, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension.

Description of Service

8luma lets you place sticky notes on web pages and share them in real time with other users through rooms. The service is provided free of charge.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use 8luma to:

• Post illegal, abusive, or harassing content
• Impersonate other users or entities
• Attempt to exploit or disrupt the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your stickers to other room members.

No Warranty

8luma is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use 8luma. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to 8luma at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email below.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where the service operator is located.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of 8luma after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
